MANGO TANGO SMOOTHIE

This mango tango smoothie with a hint of tropical flavors will brighten any morning.

Enjoy this nutritious smoothie as a meal substitute or as a quick and easy beverage for on the go…..

You can use a hand-held or stationary blender to make this recipe. In this recipe, I have not used blackberries but you can add them if you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt (vanilla, low-fat, no-fat, regular or soy options work too)
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 15-20 blackberries (optional)

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in blender.
  • In addition, for a frozen effect, add ice cubes before blending.
  • Blend and serve chilled.
