Ingredients
- 250 g fish anchovy/ Netholi
- 1 tbsp. Chilli powder
- 1 / 4 tsp. Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. Pepper powder
- 3/4 tsp. rice flour
- 2 tsps. lemon juice
- Salt, as per taste
- Coconut oil, for frying
Method
- Clean and wash the fish (clean fish add salt and lemon rub it well, then wash several times)
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients except the fishes and oil. Add little water mix well and make a fine paste.
- Marinate the cleaned fishes with this paste.
- Keep aside for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fishes in a medium flame.
- Serve hot as a starter or side dish.
