Ingredients

  • ½ Papaya (ripe red, peeled, deseeded)
  • 2 tbsps. Wheatgerm
  • 1 cup Skimmed Milk
  • ½ cup low-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • Lime wedges, to serve (optional)

 

Method

  • Place all ingredients except for the lime wedges in a blender with a handful of ice.
  • Process all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into serving glasses.
